Q: I've received a failed payment email, what do I do?

A: In the first instance it's important to contact your bank in case of any issues with your account or card.  Following that please contact Caroline on 0121 298 5193 to update your card details or provide an alternative card. Please do get in touch as soon as you can to avoid your listing be deactivated. Please do not send any payment details by email.

A: I need to update my credit card.

A: If you have a new card or need to change your payment details, please call Caroline on 0121 298 5193 as soon as possible and we'll update your details securely for you.  Please do not send any payment details by email.
