NEW D23 ANNOUNCEMENT
We’ve just had the BEST news for any Lion King fans out there!
The FIRST EVER Lion King-themed ride-through attraction will be coming to Disneyland® Paris!!
We’ll see this ride in the brand new Lion-King-themed area in Disney Adventure World, Disneyland® Paris. The ride is set to be a water attraction that will plunge you beneath Pride Rock as you follow Simba’s journey from cub to king!
We absolutely cannot wait for this addition to Disneyland® Paris.
NEW ANNOUNCEMENT
Attention families thinking of visiting Disneyland® Paris! Did you know that Disney Davy Crockett Ranch bungalows will be undergoing renovations? Here’s the first look at what’s to come!
All the bungalows will have a brand new and modern experience that is super comfortable, with brand-new interior decorations and themes around iconic Disney Characters. From Daisy Duck and Donald Duck to Huey Dewey, Louie and Webby!
Not only that, but the brand new Disney Davy Crockett Bungalows will have new features, like facilities to roast marshmallows under the stars! It’s the perfect Disney accommodation to spend some quality time with your family, surrounded by beautiful nature and away from the hustle and bustle of the excitable theme park.
Introducing Disney Adventure World
Disneyland® Paris has just announced a MAJOR update and we are super excited to see what this means for the Disney Parks!
Walt Disney Studios is being transformed into a whole new world! Get ready to say hello to Disney Adventure World.
Upon the opening of the World of Frozen, Walt Disney Studios will officially be renamed Disney Adventure World. What does this mean? Well, Walt Disney Studios is being reimagined with one goal in mind – to bring even more of our favourite stories to life! But it’s not just a name change! We’re set to see brand-new worlds, new attractions, new dining areas (featuring Disney Princesses) and so much more Disney magic in an expansion that will roughly double the footprint of the park.
We’ll also see a brand new area next to World of Frozen. Adventure Bay will act as a gateway to the park’s new themed lands, With a beautiful large body of water surrounded by banks and a promenade. There will be an entertainment stage with a 360-degree viewing area, offering water-based shows with music, fountains, lights, special effects and more. (It makes us think of Disney Springs).
Oh, and Tangled fans – hold onto your seats – there’s going to be a new Tangled-themed spinner ride!!! I am personally BUZZING for this! Not only that but the Studio 1 entrance (which is currently closed) is being reimagined as World Premiere – a dedication to Hollywood history and movie theatres. The area behind the entrance building will also be renamed World Premiere Plaza.
We’ve even heard that Disney’s Imagineers are already creating the next immersive world for the park – we can’t wait to find out more!
We absolutely cannot wait to see Disney Adventure World when it officially opens!
Disneyland® Paris 2023
2023 was jam-packed with new additions to Disneyland® Paris… From the brand-new shows: TOGETHER: A Pixar Musical Adventure and Frozen: A Musical Invitation. To all the spectacular Disneyland® Paris 30th Anniversary celebrations!
From dining on delicious snacks to gazing at the magnificent 30th anniversary Disney fireworks – it really was an exciting year! Talking about food, did you know that Disneyland® Paris opened a brand-new Coco themed restaurant called Casa de Coco?! Celebrate and immerse yourself in the beloved story of Coco and munch on scrumptious food with the flavours of Mexico! Discover Héctor’s guitar, bright and colourful Alebrijes and paper flags adorning the restaurant. It’s a must-see and must-eat!
But now, let’s look forward to the future and what Disneyland® Paris has on the drawing board for 2024…
New for 2024 at Disneyland® Paris
Disney Electrical Sky Parade
Earlier this week, Disneyland® Paris kicked off their Disney Symphony of Colours with the Electrical Sky Parade. With up to 500 drones, this new drone show projects onto Sleeping Beauty’s castle at night, creating a magical experience set to leave you in awe.
Do you remember the Main Street Electrical Parade? The magical parade made up of character floats illuminated by beautifully coloured lights? Well, the Disney Electrical Sky Parade pays tribute to that parade that captivated our hearts from 1992 – 2003. Get ready to relive your childhood and pass down this iconic experience to your children with the Electrical Sky Parade.
This nighttime spectacular includes some of the original music, too. They have also recreated some of the iconic floats with the drones! Keep an eye out for the Blue Fairy, Casey Junior, Cinderella’s pumpkin carriage, Captain Hook’s ship and Pete’s Dragon!
The Disney Electrical Sky Parade debuted on Monday 8th January 2024!*

A Million Splashes of Colour
As part of Disney Symphony of Colours, Disneyland® Paris will have a new, colourful, musical daytime show “A Million Splashes of Colour”. This new and energetic show celebrates Walt Disney Animation Studios and Pixar Animation Studios.
This daytime show will be performed several times a day near Sleeping Beauty’s castle. “A Million Splashes of Colour” takes you on a journey through the stories of beloved characters including Mickey, Timone, Mirabel and Asha! Get ready to see your favourite stories brought to life with the iconic music, lots of dancing and bursts of colour.
A Million Splashes of Colour promises to bring the magic of Disney and Pixar to life in a whole new way. The daytime show debuted on Saturday 10th February 2024 and finished Monday 30th September 2024.
Waking up Winter on Main Street U.S.A.
Psstt… Tinkerbell and Perriwinkle flew over to Disneyland® Paris recently, they wanted to sprinkle some pixie dust over the park this winter! Will you be able to spot their beautiful creations?
From Saturday 10th February until Sunday 5th May, Main Street U.S.A. was adorned in colourful decorations, twinkling lights and lots of flowers. There was be more than 50 Disney and Pixar characters represented in the decorations. How many characters did you spot?
Get ready to witness fairy magic as Tinkerbell and Perriwinkle ‘wake up winter’ at Disneyland® Paris.
Alice in Wonderland Show
Spring 2024 brings to life the topsy-turvy, colourful world of the Disney classic Alice in Wonderland from 1951! BUT (as Alice does) expect the unexpected when you enter Wonderland! This show offers a brand new modern and flamboyant twist to the classic story.
This energetic musical brings together loads of performers in a show that will have you laughing and dancing as you dive down the rabbit hole!
Guests can even choose how the show will end… Curious? We are too!
Frozen Themed Land
Are you ready for the Kingdom of Arendelle! This brand-new attraction in Walt Disney Studios® Park is set to have a royal transformation! It’s truly going to be an unforgettable experience!
For those who were never bothered by the cold anyway, you’ll be super happy to know that Elsa and Anna will have a dedicated land just for them! This immersive land will introduce new concept art and feature ethereal snow-capped mountains like the ones in Arendelle. They’re said to reflect off the transcendent large lake just at the base and a boat ride that will transport Disneyland® Paris guests to the Kingdom of Arendelle!
Wander around the wintry settings as you take in the enchanting promenade. Not to mention there will be magical character encounters, a brand-new restaurant and a shop for all your Frozen merchandise!
So, be ready for a whole new guest experience where you’ll explore a new world and embark on a new journey with the royal sisters. Listen in on new royal stories and explore the Disney parks in a whole new way!

The grand reopening of the five-star royal Disneyland® Hotel was a big success. It’s simply beautiful – you must visit!
