Pope's Meadow Come and explore this 13.7 hectare park where 18th Century poet Alexander Pope spent much of his childhood! The parkland is a Local Wildlife Site and includes a pond, copse and open grassland in addition to an outdoor children's play area. Picnic tables and benches are also located throughout the site.

Cocksherd Bluebell Wood A pleasant local nature reserve known locally as Bluebell Wood for it's expansive displays of that flower in April. A nice walk and a a great backdrop for family photos, but quite isolated with no manmade features.
Kidwells Park 3 hectares of green space featuring a children's play area, sports areas and a park for skating and BMX. Their latest feature is the waterfall bridge, which is lit up at night! Buggy and wheelchair friendly with evenly surfaced paths.
Kew Gardens (RBG) - is a world renowned visitor attraction with over 300 acres of landscaped gardens, and plenty of family activities including the Treetop Walkway where you can climb high into the treetops. Treehouse Towers is Kew's tree-themed outdoor play area for 3 to 11s.
