Offering extensive indoor adventure play, Snakes and Ladders is jam packed with fun!

Whatever your child’s age there is always something to enjoy.

Older children will adore the electric motorbikes and huge 3-tiered play frame (complete with slides, tunnels, ball ponds and rope climbs). There's a seperate safe play area for toddlers whilst 2-5 years can run wild in their own dedicated play zone. There's even a Mini Play Street to fire young imaginations.

Of course parents are not forgotten either and can relax on our comfy leather sofas with a tasty coffee and catch up with the latest magazines.

Our café serves a variety of hot and cold drinks as well as sandwiches and snacks, salads and fast food. There are also After School Meal Deals after 3pm term time.

Customers can opt for jacket potatoes with a variety of fillings, a choice of salads or a simple sandwich made using brown bread.

Our shops sell toys and games at reasonable prices as well as a selection of ‘pocket money’ items.

Disabled toilets and baby changing facilities are provided.

Baby food is available for purchase in our cafes. A microwave is provided so that parents can warm food and drinks.

Follow signs to Ipswich Town Centre and the college. From the college roundabout take the Fore Hamlet turning (with Loch Fyne restaurant on the corner) and Cavendish Street is 300 metres on the left. Turn in and then immediate left again. Buses stop on the corner of Cavendish Street.

All children must wear socks when using the equipment. It is advisable that arms and legs are also kept covered to avoid friction burns when using the slides.
