The ancient Tithe Barn site is home to a host of friendly farm animals.

Many can be stroked and fed at regular times throughout the day. This is a wonderful place for the under 11's. Bottle feeding of the goats takes place twice a day. Toy tractor racing all day and pony ride sessions twice a day (for which a small extra charge is made). New for 2006 - Goat racing twice daily.

The friendly team at Abbotsbury Childrens Farm make this a good day out. The Tithe Barn is amazing (my son was convinced it was a Church!) and the Children's play areas have been well thought out. Feeding the guinea pigs is a must and the pony rides etc.were good fun.  We would have liked to been able to get closer to the goats and sheep but you can't have everything and all in all everyone enjoyed themselves.  We were even able to keep the Grandparents happy as they went off to see the Tropical Gardens nearby in peace and quiet while we enjoyed the farm and then we all wandered down to the Swanery.
