About Upton Country Park
Upton Country Park is set in over 100 acres of award winning woodland, gardens and parkland making great exploration territory, plus the refurbished Wall Garden has a new interactive water feature for kids to enjoy in the summer.
As well as Tree Trail and mapped Nature Trail, the natural timber Play Trail winds pleasingly through the park incorporating 10 brass rubbings to keep as souvenirs.
There are tree, nature and orienteering trails suitable for fairly little legs, plus harbourside bird hide, and in the Walled Garden there is now a water feature which children are welcome to play in.
If you're feeling the need for speed treat yourselves and take a Segway tour of the Park's main attractions on one of the greenest modes of transport around! Segway tour prices are £15 (under 16 yrs) or £20; there is a minimum age requirement of 10 years and other ‘tour rules' apply too, so for further details please see the Segway Dorset website.
