Discover Yorkshire’s hidden marine and coastal wildlife and set off on a deep sea adventure at Living Seas Centre.
Set sail on a safari boat trip and see what you can discover swimming between the waves. Little explorers can join in on the Seashore Safari and hunt for shannies and crabs in the slimy rockpools. The most inquisitive of kids should certainly pay a visit to the Discovery Room. With glistening mermaid purses and ancient fossils hidden in the drawers, they will love finding hidden marine treasures. Delve deeper into your sea life discovery and grab an activity sheet or quiz and get little minds thinking.
With an interactive floor, learning is hands-on and fun. On warmer days you can buy delicious ice creams to cool down or warm up with a hot drink when it's breezy! Get the whole family together and go and discover something new about Yorkshire.

Children and the living sea centre
Written by Anonymous . 17.05.16
Having a caravan in flambourgh my three grand children are frequent visitors to the centre. They enjoy looking around, making the crafty sea creatures and joining the leader led events. They are all members of the YWT. Keep up the good work.
