The land comprises 40 sq miles of regenerated woodland serviced by scenic all weather paths, so it's a great chance for secret schooling as you stroll while you explain how important trees are! Horse riders and country walkers can explore for hours in the peaceful surroundings too.
The Thames Chase Wildlife Group meets here regularly to discuss their observations, to see if it's your sort of thing why not pick up a printed list of recent spottings from the visitor centre?
