I don't understand why this place gets bad reviews. We've been going since our oldest was tiny, he's now nearly 3, and we love it. There's loads to do, they keep adding more things, the staff are all lovely and are forever cleaning and tidying everything. They do a special needs day on a Monday which I think is a lovely idea and they put on craft sessions all through the year. I think they're doing an amazing job. I would recommend it to anyone. Only downside is the car park fills up quickly when its busy. Other than that, best soft play in the area.

I recently had a party at this venue, I was very, very disappointed in how I was treated as a customer. I payed £200 for a kids party here, they didn’t give me what I paid for, rude staff, manager that can’t manage, the toilets were disgusting! I didn’t really want my children using them as they were absolutely filthy! Wasn’t enough seats, nearly dropped birthday cake, employees messing with their hair before serving food to children! I will never go back to this place! I just wished I would of read some of the other reviews before booking a party!!! Please AVOID!!!
