- Crazy Golf
Suitable for ages: Young Children (4-8), Older Children (9-12) and Teenagers (13-18)
Venue type: Outdoor
The miniature golf course atStonehenge Golf Centre is a source of potential glory, with a hole in one being possible on every single hole! That said there are varied and challenging obstacles that may well scupper your chances… It must be noted that it'smini rather than crazy golf, so don't expect nutty characters and brightly coloured trim: it's loads of fun, but of a more skill based kind. Clubs and balls are of course included in your admission.
For those older types along there's also a 9 hole par 3 course to try out and the pro level 16 bay driving range is on hand too. Plus if the kids are taking to the sport then why not look into some golfing lessons or beginners' coaching sessions, as both of them are also available here.
Stonehenge can now also boast a modern Visitor Centre and gallery space, with exhibitions including a 360 Virtual Experience, and highlights from the 250 objects in their collection include the reconstructed face of a Neolithic man! So whether you're practising the fine art of putting or studying the fine art of, well, fine art - you've got a remarkably well rounded here that would have even the druids dribbling!
