Attraction Information
The River and Rowing Museum is home to a collection of over 20,000 items telling the history of rowing, Henley on Thames, and the River Thames. With a variety of free family-friendly activities and a fascinating exhibition dedicated to the children’s book “Wind in the Willows”, your tiny explorers will have plenty to see and do at the museum too.
Visiting with the little ones? Grab a backpack from reception, create your own Activity Trolley and explore various family-friendly trails in the museum. Kids can also dress up in Regatta costumes, try their hand at rowing, take part in a puppet show and lots more. The activities change regularly, so you won’t get bored of coming to the River and Rowing Museum easily!
