Polite staff and also a nice family atmosphere. Been there last Sunday and I was planning to stay for one hour, but the good burgers and chips and also the cheap drinks convinced us to stay a little more!
Pleasant bolwing place

The only bowling alley in Orpington, but it is no problem for me to go to Bromley or other places! There is no point as long as this is right in the middle of the town and it is a great way of spending free family time!
Cheap and fun!

Went here with my child yesterday and with another family. Really had some great time!
Dirty place with unhelpful staff

The place was very dirty and worn out. The staff was most unhelpful. When we visited the half of lanes were empty, but we've been told to wait because they were not working. We've waited for 20 minutes and then asked the staff how long it takes for us to start playing. They couldn't provide with any time estimates, just kept saying that we should wait. We said that in this case we'd rather leave, and they replied with a smile "Ok, it's up to you". Never again!
Really really poor

I booked a Christmas outing here for a party of 30 children. I telephoned in advance and was reassured that my booking had been received and accepted. We then arrived on the night to be told that they had ‘lost’ our booking and that they didn’t have enough food to cater for the party. The manager did go out and purchase more pizzas for us, but a large number of children had to go with an option that wasn’t their first choice, ruining the party atmosphere. The food didn’t all arrive at once, resulting in half the group having finished before some had even received their meal. The promised balloons were missing, and only a percentage of the children received party bags, leaving them very disappointed. The overall experience wasn’t one that I would like to repeat and as such have issued a complaint to head office who are dragging their feet in responding. I cannot and would not recommend this place given the experience we received. If I could give it zero stars I would.
