Attraction Information

Did you know M&D’s Scotland’s Theme Park is the largest theme park in Scotland? Ride on diggers, try your luck at the slot machines, or have a classic family day out on fairground rides. You have a broad choice of rides to pick from alongside excellent indoor attractions like the Krazy Congo Soft play and Cosmic Bowling

Things to do
Home to the country's only indoor tropical rainforest you’ll have an experience like no other. Enjoy exotic animals, birds and creepy crawlies from South America and incredible roller coasters too. But first things first, before boarding each ride make sure you have your Fun Points Card and log each ride to build up your fun-credit!

This is a child's paradise with over twenty rides for kids only. They can fly the red baron through the Scottish skies, or groove to the rhythm on the disco boats. They can become acrobats on their trampolines and even fight to be the world champion at glow in the dark ten-pin bowling.

Raise your heart rates on exciting rides like the NEW Twister (suitable for kids and adults)! Huge pirate buffs will LOVE the Captain's Curse. This classic pendulum swing ride is a slower paced thrill ride and is always a family favourite, just make sure you aren't left behind to walk the plank... If heights are how you get your fix of thrills then maybe walking the plank is perfect for you after all? The NEW Walk The Plank Sky Trail, it's 30ft of sheer exhilaration cast over two levels of high ropes.

Thirsty for more? Get wet 'n' wild on M&D's water rides. Start your perilous journey on the White Water log flume - it's a 20 ft drop, so make sure your lungs are prepared to release earth-shattering screams. Once you've completed the water rides, hop on the Runaway Train for a flighty experience.

Serious gamers should head over to the Game Zone to play the latest selection of arcade games! From prize-winning fruit machines to classic penny fall machines. Try your hand at air hockey or bust out some moves on the Dancing Stage. Perfect your aim in the adventurous shooting games and have a blast - if you'll pardon the pun! Whatever the type of game you enjoy, there's a whole host of personal favourites for everyone.

Fill for family days out with whatever thrills you wish whether that's taking on larger rides like Disko and Twister, or putting your way through the park in the Devil's Island Adventure Golf. With a bowling alley, animal experiences, and more, it's the perfect family day out.

Make sure to keep an eye out for epic seasonal events, especially during the festive season. Santa Claus tends to make a small excursion to M&D's theme park during December... M&D's is also a great place to book a birthday treat for your little ones, with kids-only rides, it's a no brainer!

The theme park is also located within the stunning Strathclyde park, so you’ll want to do some exploring. With all of that to do your family will never be bored. In fact, there’s so much to do you will probably need to visit twice!

Food & Drink
There are plenty of rides to keep you busy throughout the day and it can get pretty tiring. Make sure your kids keep their energy levels high by taking them to one of the onsite family restaurants. There are a wide selection of food options available around every corner.

Enjoy family restaurant food in the Diner By The Lanes eaterie. Chow down on delicious American diner style food and wash it down with a refreshing glass of lemonade. Parents can head to the Beer Garden for a casual tipple in the sun. Sample some sweet treats in the NEW Bistro @ The Loch!
