Excellent Aqua Splash

5 star Rating 5 / 5

Having read the previous reviews to this pool I took my grandchildren with a little trepidation. I was so pleased that I ignored the negative ones and gave it a try. Just returned from my third visit to the Aqua Splash and I have to say I’ve never had a negative experience. The changing rooms are very clean and the only dirty behaviour I have noticed are when the customers themselves leave dirty nappies on the floor instead of the bins provided.Leave there clothes/ belongings in the changing cubicles instead of the lockers provided. Other than that this place is spot on for children they can have a wonderful time playing with the water and therefore making themselves more confident in the water. The only negative that I can mention is that some of the staff are slightly hesitant in reprimanding the children when they are climbing up the slides the wrong way.

Amazing Place x

We Came Here With A Few Friends (Needed Extra People As Only 2 Kids Per 1 Adult)! They All Loved It... They Have The Younger Ones Pool With Slides, Falling Water, Then Another Plain Pool Then A Bigger Pool With Water Guns & Not Forgetting The Big Slide :) Lots Of Entertainment For All Ages... I Have Seven Kids & All Six Enjoyed This Place... Oldest Was Away At The Time But He Would Of Loved It Too :) Roll On The Next Time x

I was pleasantly surprised when I found this place, I've been in London many years and there isn't anything else like it here. Great for kids from 1 - 8 years. From the buckets that tip on you to the slides and a separate pool for adults and older kids. Amazing prices and staff on look out, will go again.

Great features but freezing cold !!!

Came with 3 kids in January and couldn't stay for longer than 20 mins.Although they have plenty to offer including slides and water splash guns it was freezing cold.My little one wasn't be able to stay in a kids pool as her lips got blue in 5 minutes,we where trying to get hot shower and came back to big poll as the water was a bit better there , however it didn't help much as temperature was only 17 in the building at all. Overall experience was bad, will not go in winter months again!!

Very disapointed and wont recommend this place to anyone really staff are rude and don't know how to talk to customers today I went to take my child who is autistic and excited for a swim like we do normally for the past couple months ( summer holiday) and I was approached by a staff her name was melanie and she claims to be the manager there tbh that was first time I saw her there and she was wearing green top and she told me to leave because me and my son werent wearing the correct clothes and she recommended to give him pants from lost property( is this girl for REAL!!?? I MEAN SERIOUSLY YOU ARE GOING TO GIVE MY SON DIRTY PANTIES FROM YOUR LOST PROPERTY))).. althought I been going there for the whole 2 months now they decided my clothes are not the right ones she told me that we are wearing sports wear and not swimming ones and I pointed to few people who was wearing same thing as my son but still she told me to leave so rude and no manners at all in front of everybody. People were frustrated with her ghetto attitude. The girl was so rude she wouldn't even compromise and even stopped the lessons and everyone from going in until I leave the place. There are ways to go about doing things and I don't know how can a rude person with no communication skills be a manager. PS : she also refused to give me my refund she only handed me credit note after being there only 5 mins lol this place is a joke I will definitely go somewhere else.

This was the worst experience i have ever had

When i came to the place it looked like a great place to take a family, but i was wrong we went there and the receptionist was very rude and aggy he got rude to my mum and tried to argue with us, we waited soo long to go in and when we finally did the slide was closed. Next the kids were tested so make sure your kids can swim, afterwards one of my kids were swimming and a member of the staff was laughing at my child, and when I confronted him about it he said i will laugh if i want to and i swear to god i am not making this up, next another staff member came and started arguing with us and saying “ do you want to swim” as if i was a little child NEVER COME HERE overall the place was alright it got boring after a little bit and it got repetitive. THE STAFF made this a horrible experience and i think the staff were very childish and unprofessional IT WAS HORRIBLE I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH i will never go back there ever again in my life
