The clocks go back twice a year, each year so that we can all make better use of the daylight hours. When do the clocks change each year?<\/h2>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”25px”][vc_column_text]We use a Meteorological Calendar to work out the dates of when the best time to change the clocks is each year.\u00a0In the UK, clocks go forward 1 hour at 1am on the last Sunday in March<\/strong>, and back 1 hour at 2am on the last Sunday in October<\/strong>.
