Well, It’s not every day you can say your food was delivered to you on a double-loop steel track…

On a serious-ish note, this is one of Alton Tower’s most unique attractions that your kids will love. The concept of this restaurant is like something out of a Roald Dahl novel. It’s imaginative, funny, and there are lots of sumptuous meals on offer to tuck into.

If you want to eat and be entertained at the same time you should definitely drop by whether that’s at lunchtime or dinner time. We recommend timing your food speed as it comes down the track. Who will be the fastest?

The rollercoaster food delivery system was designed by German ride manufacturer Mack and was first used at the company’s own Europa Park in the FoodLoop restaurant. Since then, the fun food delivery system has been tweaked and welcomed into the theme park and is a great addition on days out to Alton Towers for kids.
