We’re coming to the end of the Easter bank holiday weekend, but it doesn’t mean the fun stops! We’re still in the midst of the school holidays AND it’s technically still Easter until the 11th of April… So, let’s keep the family entertained until then and plan some things to do on Easter Monday!

International Jousting Tournament Royal Armouries Museum
If you love brave knights in shining armour on their noble steed, then this is an Easter bank holiday treat for you!
At the jousting event, you’ll find three teams of world-class jousters all ready to battle it out. Teams from USA, and Poland will challenge themselves over 4 days!
As well as watching, you can get right into the action with a ‘have a go’ kids battle, with swords or a pool noodle jousting activity! Not forgetting learning about the fascinating history of the medieval armour knights wore and enjoying the museum!

Treetop Trek at Heaton Park, Manchester
