Did you know that you can celebrate the start of summer in Manchester?

Manchester is hosting a flower festival! From floral installations to outdoor dining, live music and entertainment! Take part in the flower festival floral trail as you wander round the city’s shopping streets to find the most beautiful and Instragrammable flowers and gardens! Pssttt…There are 10 displays to find and they are all themed around ‘Manchester Icons’.

You’ll even find loads of floral, garden and green displays around the city in windows, planters, doorways, shops and more. Get ready to start celebrating summer!

Family Trails at Nostell National Trust

If you have a membership with National Trust, you can enjoy FREE entry for over 500 National Trust locations across the UK!

Imagine all the gardens and castles, you can explore. At Nostell, you’ll find that their gardens are alive with the sound of majestic bird calls. From loud and noisy roosters to tiny robins. You’ll find many feathered friends here on the family-friendly trail that will you get you outdoors and exploring! Don’t forget to drop into the woodland play area for all sorts of super fun. From zooming slides and swings to a 30-metre zip wire!

You can have hours of fun here as you learn more about the birds and enjoy exploring the best nature has to offer, as you explore miles of winding trails.
