Things To Do
Put your walking shoes on and walk in the footsteps of history. You can explore your favourite of the 4 walking trails, like the Bardon-Geo and Corbett trails which are quite easy and suitable for buggies and mobility scooters!
Maybe you'd like a more challenging walk? If so, then the Henry's Hike and Wilfred's Walk could be for you as they are more suitable for those wishing for an all-day hike!
Your kids will adore the new Zog Trail! The whole family will have an unforgettable adventure completing fun activities, collecting golden stars and interacting with Zog in the new downloadable app. The family trail features brightly illustrated panels and a trail pack full of fun activities. Grab your Zog activity pack for £4 before setting out on the trail, and enjoy a roar-some day out!
If you've got some budding geologists in your family then make sure you check out the Iron Age enclosure or the viewing platform that looks over the quarry!
Think you can find your way around in the wild? Put your skills to the test with the permanent orienteering course at Haughmond Hill. Grab your map from Haughmond Cafe and begin your quest...
If you prefer bringing your own homemade refreshments then there are plenty of picnic benches to choose from too.
