The Great Cockcrow Railway is set in a rural location not far from Chertsey and the M25. Note the limited opening.
There is a choice of two routes, a non-stop tour around the extremities of the GCR, or a stopping trip, which takes you through the jungle. Miniature signal boxes and station halts as well as authentic signs from bygone years add to the experience. Discounts are offered for double ride and family tickets.
Other facilities include a viewing platform where you can watch the engines being prepared and cleaned as well as a refreshment service operated by Loseley, offering drinks, savoury snacks, wonderful cakes and ice creams. Free car parking.
