Attraction Information
Hidden deep in Robin Hood country, you'll find an adventure lovers delight - Go Ape Sherwood Pines Forest Park! An outdoor family adventure, featuring a high-ropes experience for the whole tribe.
Stash your bow and arrows for the day and take to the trees for a choice of six family thrills - including the Nets Adventure!
Fun Activities for Thrill Seekers
Keeping family in mind, you'll find small and BIG high-wire experiences here! Can you take on the tree-to-tree crossings? Will you brave the forest ziplines? Each high-wire adventure course is as much of an adventure for adults as it is for kids too, so make sure you join in too, mum & dad.
Before you begin your leafy quest, you'll have a safety briefing alongside a safety practice run whereby staff will show you how to use your clips/hooks, how each of the challenging courses works and how to alert staff if you are in an emergency. You'll also have a go on a mini zipline to build up your confidence with your clips and the process.
Younger kids can have all the fun of wobbly bridges, intricate crossings and unforgettable zip-wire rides on the Treetop Adventure course, designed for anyone over 1m tall.
Fancy more monkey business? Treetop Adventure Plus is packed with even more thrills for daring kids over 6 years and 1.2m, with crossings, a climbing wall and a thrilling 100m zip finale. You'll feel like you’re bouncing in the clouds completely harness-free - and the best bit is that it’s for anyone aged just one or over!
For anyone who doesn’t fancy leaving solid ground, explore the woodland on two wheels with a Forest Segway Adventure! And for those avid climbers who want to retreat back to the forest floor, you'll find plenty of activities. From 3,300 acres to explore, cycling trails to zoom around or the Family, Adventure or Kitchener's trail!
