Whether you’re a bunch of bold baboons, cheeky chimps or gentle gibbons, Go Ape Grizedale has something to get you up in the trees! It’s a high ropes adventure for the entire tribe.
Climb high into the forest canopy - in this case, a massive 19m high - and steel yourself for two to three hours of shaky rope ladders, speedy zip wires and knee-knocking Tarzan swings. While it’s heavy on the thrill factor you can take everything at your own pace and everyone is given a full safety brief. There’s also a Tree Top Junior course for miniature monkeys and anyone who prefers their feet on firm ground can take to the trails on a Forest Segway experience. They’ll find themselves well and truly off the beaten track!
The Grizedale course is packed with rope bridges, cargo nets and two wires which fly right over the road below. The longest of these is 275m long - plenty of time to enjoy the view as you speed along! The forest itself is sat within the Cumbrian Hills and is bristling with Douglas Firs.
