Not worth the money

I do not recommend it. Primarily because it seemed like the animals were not looked after. The donkeys were dirty, agitated and had no water on a very hot day. The parrots had been ripping their own feathers out. Themed garden was tacky and cheap. And the Summer prices are just ridiculous. Good points: Butterfly room was nice. Reptile room was also fine. My daughter enjoyed feeding the guinea pigs.
Really not worth the money at all!!!

Took my son here and went with some friends and there kids, there was a half eaten dead bird in the bird in closure, there was no water in a lot of the in closures for the animals! A few of the in closures are too small for the type of animal in them , the owels have nothing in there in closure they can sleep or hide all they have is a branch!,it also does not state on the website that they have no play park anymore!when we tried to speak to the woman behind the till about it all and we also stated that we wasnt happy about the keep of the animals she argued back and spoke to us like we was nothing!and we also spoke to the manager who was exactly the same !! She said to the lady to give us £10 bk but that’s not the point as I really feel for the animals!! The butterflies are lovely there tho just a shame about the rest
