Run by friends of the area, Craigtoun Country Park is a family gem nestled in the Scottish countryside. Crazy golf, pedalos and loads more make it a winner with kids.
Explore the acres of beautiful parkland on a Puffin’ Billy Tractor Ride or traverse the lake aboard a boat. If your wildlings love a little action in their lives they can take to the adventure playground or be flung up in the air by trampolines and one seriously bouncy castle.
What marks this park out are its heritage features like the traditional Dutch Village which sits above the lake. It’s quite a unique sight, much like the equally curious miniature railway which is one of the oldest in Scotland. These are a just a few of the fantastic things on offer, so go see for yourself!

Fantastic Family Day Out!
Written by Anonymous . 16.09.16
A glorious Scottish sunny Sunday, found us at a lose end so ventured on to here. We packed the kids into the car and headed up around lunchtime. Well, the place is breath taking, like some picturesque wonderland! We got a family ticket for the four of us for £23, fantastic value for the whole day with unlimited access and use of facilities and activities. We had lunch from the cafe, which was nice, but I will pack a lunch or picnic next time as we have fussy eaters!! All in all, a fantastic day and the kids keep asking when can the come back!!
