Attraction Information
Coldstream Museum
In addition to a varied and exciting programme of exhibitions and creative workshops, the Museum houses permanent displays exploring the history of the parish, burgh and its people from priory to provost, trade to twinning, the Found and the Fallen. The Guards Gallery 'Second to None' tells the story of The Coldstream Regiment of Foot Guards at home and away, from 17th century to the present day. Educational but genuinely interesting.
Other features include a smart little indoor children's play area, crammed full of smashing features from slides to tunnels to the bottom of the ball pit. There's also a pocket money shop and a quaint courtyard with a picnic table you can use freely.
A seasonally changing exhibition programme in the Courtyard Gallery offers a fresh element for repeat visitors to enjoy, with all sorts of fascinating exhibits available on a temporary basis. Catch them while you can!
