Cleethorpes Coast Light Railway: take a ride along East of England's Last Surviving Steam Light Railway!
They run a 2 mile long trip from Cleethorpes Kingsway to Humberston Station with a station in the middle called Lakeside Station, this has a museum containing historic locomotives from the Sutton Miniature Railway. Lakeside also has a cafe which is a new addition for 2015 and the Signal Box Inn: the smallest pub on the planet!
There are 8 steam locomotives and five diesel locomotives with up to twenty carriages that are suitable for both Summer and Winter.
At Cleethorpes Kingsway there is a cafe selling hot and cold beverages with light snacks including crisps, sweets and a selection of Walls ice creams alongside a variety of gifts including Thomas the Tank Engine merchandise.
Humberston Station has a light cafe selling hot and cold beverages and a selection of railway books and magazines.
They offer Birthday Parties and school groups as well as annual Halloween and Santa Specials.

Cafes at all three stations serving light snacks and drinks both hot and cold. The Platform One Cafe is located at the Lakeside Station. Offering a range of freshly prepared meals from Specials of the Day, breakfast, light snacks, children's meals and more. There is also fresh fruit and healthy options available. The Platform One Cafe is open from 8:30 - 17:00 daily from April - September. Both the Platform One Cafe and Cleethorpes Kingsway serve a range of Walls Ice Cream.
Whilst Cleethorpes Coast Light Railway state the operating times, they have the right to change or cancel any service trains due to adverse weather conditions. Cleethorpes Coast Light Railway do try their best to operate whatever the weather.
Dogs and guide dogs are welcome but there is a flat fare of £1.50. Guide dogs only are permitted on certain special event days.
Standard unisex toilets are at Lakeside Station only with baby changing facilities.
At Cleethorpes Kingsway station there are toys such as cars, trains, plush toys and a small collection of Thomas the Tank Engine merchandise. We also sell books, magazines, postcards, badges and stationary items.

The number 9 and 10 stop just a two minute walk from the Lakeside Station. From the Cleethorpes Kingsway Station, the nearest bus stops are at the Cleethorpes Kingsway Kiosk Cafe, which is less than a five minute walk from the station. The number 17 also runs during the season and does the same route as the number 9 and 10 buses. Cleethorpes Train Station is situated approximately one mile from the Cleethorpes Kingsway Station.
