- Tours and River Cruises
Suitable for all ages
Venue type: Outdoor
Have you ever sailed on a traditional hand-built wooden punt? Try it out on the classic guided punting tour of historic Canterbury, organised by the Cambridge Punting Company. There are no age restrictions, so feel free to bring the whole family!
The 45-minute punting tour takes you through six historic sites and you get to access parts of the city you can only view by river. The highlight for the kids is definitely the 50 yard tunnel. To keep the little ones entertained, your Chauffeur will adapt his commentary to fit the age of the audience.
Weather’s nice and you feel like giving punting a chance? Good news is, you don’t have to have a reservation, just turn up on the day and get on the first available punt!
