Another awesome family-owned fruit farm, worth a visit is Goodall’s Strawberries in Hampshire. This place has been all about strawberries for 100 years, with 3 generations of farmers keeping the crops going. You can trust they know how to grow a good strawberry!

Goodall’s Strawberries is a calm and relaxing place. It may not have the large playgrounds some other farms offer but it’s just perfect if you want to have a quiet one with the family. Bring some lunch and and set up in the picnic area. The desert is all-sorted!

7. Copas Farms Iver - Iver, Buckinghamshire

Here’s another PYO strawberry farm near London. Copas Farms Iver is just an hour’s drive away from the capital and it has some of the best berries in the country!

Kids who grow up in the big city don’t often get the chance to experience the charm of the countryside. Plan a day at the farm and create memories that last forever. To make your kids’ day special, the farm offers an adventure play area with a zip wire and a haystack, plus tractor rides on weekends. And you’ll get the chance to meet the farm pigs too!

The farm has been working since 1946, growing delicious strawberries every year. The season there stars around the 3rd week of June - just in time for the summer school holidays!

Plus, at Charleton Fruit Farm your little adventurers will have plenty of things to keep them entertained including trampolines, a sand pit, go-karts, a football pitch, a large castle, and lots more. Picnics are not allowed, but you can sit at the cafe by the play area and enjoy a drink or an ice cream.

10. Willows Farm - Chapel St Leonards, Lincolnshire, East Midlands
