Attraction Information

Looking for a stunning place to enjoy a day out in nature? Pick from 3 walking and 3 cycling trails and discover the best bits of the 2000-acre Bedgebury Forest. While you’re there, stop at Bedgebury National Pinetum and Forest - it has over 12,000 trees and is a wonderful location for a picnic. So, pack your lunch basket and get ready to go!

Things To Do
Turn time in the forest into a proper adventure for your little ones with the plant hunter-themed play area. It’s 1/2 mile long and features a shipwreck, a native village, tree stump nest tunnels and lots of other forest-related active play. Want to get more of being in the great outdoors? Teach the kids some essential life skills on one of the 4 orienteering trails in the forest.

There's also a brand new Puzzle Forest! That includes fun climbing frames and slides to zoom down on.

In the mood for something thrilling? Swing right into the action at the Go Ape course at Bedgebury National Pinetum and Forest, or channel your inner daredevil and discover uncharted corners of the forest with 12 km of mountain biking. Cycle hire is available if you don't already have your own bike!

Get clued up about conifers too! This special tree collection includes conifers from around the world and is breathtaking in size and grandeur. It's the perfect setting for peaceful walks at any time of the day.
