Pint-sized animals for pint-sized kids makes Battersea Park Children’s Zoo the perfect miniature afternoon out.
Get up close and cuddly with otters, some particular cheeky monkeys, donkeys, lemurs and even a chipmunk or two as you explore the grounds. If they all sound too cute for your little explorers, take them on a trip to the Reptile House where bearded dragons roam… There’s also all the slippery, scaly classics like snakes, turtles and a somewhat unexpected star: a giant snail!
Enjoy daily feedings and talks which give kids the chance to get a little bit closer to their furry friends. There’s also lots of active fun to be had in the adventure playground and sand pit, where children can operate their own mini diggers, build sandcastles or just have fun climbing, sliding or jumping on the trampolines!

Sweet zoo in a great park

This is a lovely little zoo and the animals look pretty healthy and happy. Great play area with a big fire engine to play in. Probably best for under 8s. Battersea Park is also a great place for kids with several playgrounds and lots of space.
