Attraction Information

The Factory Skatepark
The UK's first custom built indoor extreme sports arena for Boarding, Blading and BMXing, so if you've got experienced types along they should be suitably impressed at taking it old school! With special beginners' sessions available however they don't actually need to have any experience whatsoever, just an enthusiasm for learning and a good attitude toward falling down!

Beginner sessions are Monday to Thursday 4pm to 6pm and are only £3 so there's no excuse not to give it a go! Under 16s will need a Parent or Guardian's signature for permission to skate or bmx at the parkl and someone has to stay on site with them. Also it's necessary to wear decent helmets and padding! The specific lists can be found on their site, if you don't have the right kit you can't play, sorry: safety first!

They also have an indoor climbing wall for kids on site which is great fun and a bit of a bargain too at only £1 for 15 minutes!
Be sure to plan your trip wisely, some sessions are scooters only for example, so check ahead and avoid disappointment!
