At The Crafty Potter they aim to provide fun & creativity for all ages & abilities. Their drop in activities include, painting pots, canvas, glass, wooden shapes & plaques, foam clay, paper craft, make a bear, potters wheel, messy play, and clay modelling!
There are lots of things that can be made & taken home the same day, or you can have your pots fired ready for collection a week later. They even have a shop with craft gifts & take home kits for those just visiting the centre that can’t stay.
There are no time limits on drop in sessions and with an available café to get yourself drinks & snacks you could easily spend a whole morning or afternoon with them, before exploring what the rest of the site has to offer. You don’t need to be crafty to visit The Crafty Potter, as they supply all the tools and ideas for you to make some wonderful master pieces that can be treasured forever.
