Attraction Information
Skate The Base!
Featuring a nice variety of ramps, banks, mini spines, street set and grind ledges this is a smashing spot for your aspiring skaters, bladders, boarders and scooter fans to shred it up in a safe environment. There's even a cool foam pit so you can trick shot yourselves into the softest of landings to really help develop those skills as well as have some big laughs.
When they're not shredding the place to bits you can also find the happy chappies here pelting about the place for Nerf Nights, sometimes one Swegways! Harmless foam pistols and the exciting terrain make for some great games of friendly shoot em up: a perfect way to make more friends around the ramps.
There's a spectator lounge for - well, spectating, which is set above the skate park with great views of the main action. You can also get hot and cold refreshments in here and have a game or 2 of pool so it's a great addition for those not on wheels and it's also the HQ for the birthday parties they offer too.
However if youdo all decide to give it a go on the equipment there's a great selection of family ticket deals to make it worth your while! Otherwise the kids are on a Pay and Play basis for your choice of session times.
Everybody obviously need to be sensibly dressed and to use the equipment available ramp side or bring their own good quality helmet and padding. There are waivers and whatnot so be sure to arrive with a little time to spare.
