Attraction Information

Slate Hall Riding Centre welcomes riders of all ability levels and has a selection of horses and ponies.
They specialise in beach rides are they are located near some of Northumberland's beautiful coastline. You can ride along Bamburgh beach past the castle, Seahouses Beach with a good view of the Farne Islands, or Beadnell beach.
You will be asked about your experience level while booking and they will assess you when you arrive. A lesson is a good idea if you are a bit rusty and there is the chance to combine a lesson with a ride.
There is the choice of a one hour hack around the quiet public roads, which is good for beginners, the intermediate Greenhill ride on beach and country, or the beach rides, which are more suited to experienced riders as you need to be competent at fast canter.
Whichever you choose, there are stunning views to enjoy while you ride some beautiful horses.
