Peak Llamas offers llama trekking in the Peak District, and is the ideal way to spend a day out with a difference. These graceful animals are the perfect walking companion, as they not too fast, or too slow, and they can carry your excess baggage for you!
This is wonderful way to explore the stunning scenery of Britain's first national park, as they walk at your pace, and often catch sight of interesting things long before a human could! The lovely llamas are a constant delight to anyone they meet on the trek, and attract lots of attention from walkers on distant hills…as they try to work out whether they have seen a special breed of sheep, or whether they have had too much to drink the night before!
Various treks are offered but the Chatsworth Trek A might be a good start. It is a short trek at 2 hours trekking through the beautiful Chatsworth estate, with fabulous views of the house and the Peak District.
Monday to Sunday 09:00 - 17:00
