Attraction Information
The National Museum of Flight is East Lothian's 5 star visitor attraction.
Our family friendly museum offers something for everyone. View our collection of over 50 aircraft from Spitfire to Comet, Vulcan to Tornado, not forgetting Scotland's only Concorde and the Uk's only Boeing 707 cockpit and cabin.
Children can get to grips with flight in our interactive Fantastic Flight gallery. Fly an airship, test your navigation skills and make the best paper planes.
The history of the airfield on which the museum stands is also revealed through personal stories and artefacts dating from the First World War to today.
Throughout the year join us for events including our annual Airshow, make and take workshops, land train tours and supersonic science shows.
What are you waiting for? No matter what the weather with 7 indoor spaces and acres of outdoor fun including an assault course the National Museum of Flight will keep your whole family entertained.
