Attraction Information
Having recently changed hands from the National Dragonfly Project to The British Dragonfly Society and National Trust, The DragonFly Centre is located in a charmingly renovated fenland cottage just before the entrance to the reserve. On warm sunny days great clouds of these gorgeous mini beasts can be seen around the waterways.
Inside the building there are colourful and informative displays, dragonfly miscellany and an educational slideshow.
Outside there are two ponds, one of which is raised for close observation, and there are interpretation boards to help get the most secret schooling out of it.
An enchanting visit, please note the limited opening dates.
