Awful experience 1 out of 5 stars
Having been to gravity force on mamy occaions the attitude of the staff is shocking, the process of signing in is long and painful, and the staff are not clear when asking for the details of online pre-bookings. The food and drinks are overpriced and very unhealthy for the fitness brand that gravity force is classified as. They don't have a resturant that is false advertising, they have a small café. The toilets are awful the radiator paint is mouldy and they toilet even has the seat missing. They don't look like they are cleaned on a daily basis as majority of the time they are blocked and won't flush. There is also no soap in the toilets quite often you have to wash your hands when you get downstairs to the disabled toilet to be able to actually use soap. There are only 2 very small and tight female toilets as well and they are right opposite the party room. When speaking to a senior member of staff to make a complaint they are just rude and have a unhelpful attitude, as well as a tell someone who cares reponse. As a newly signed member you expect to be able to have a pleasent expericence with an easy process which this is not. They need a way of making the process easier for those who are members such as gravity force member cards so they can swipe and show they have prebooked with all the details on as a online booking proccess is just not good enough.EMR2001
