Capital Karts gives your little speed demons a chance to drive a well designed track that is almost three times longer than most tracks in London with a blend of fast straights, tight hairpins and flowing corners.
For kids 16 years and older, there are a variety of driving options such as the 20 minute Sprint or the longer Grand Prix. There is also an Ultimate Kart Night every Monday. For the younger driver (12 to 15 years) there is Junior karting every Sunday morning, which is a 30 minute session with up to 22 people per slot. The karts are adapted with seat inserts, fitted pedal extensions and the speeds are restricted.
Although the idea is to have fun, kids will be expected to take safety seriously and pay attention to the briefing before they drive. Full safety equipment is also provided. The minimum age is 7, and you must be a height of 125cm to take part.
The staff are very friendly, energetic, and give good instructions and tips about how to improve your driving and stay safe.
