Attraction Information

Cafe Ceramico is an ideal place to get crafty with the kids and practice your painting skills at this great family run studio, which also has a free soft play area for the little ones!

First you choose your piece of pottery to paint, be warned, which may take some time as there are over 400 to pick from! Then, with the help of the friendly staff, you can choose which paint to use. If you choose acrylic paint, you can take your work home the same day, or if you are happy to come back and collect it, you can use underglaze paint.

Then, the fun part! Think about the design and colours you want to use and get started on your own unique design. If you have chosen acrylic paint, they will finish it with some sealant (and sparkly glitter if you wish!) ready for you to take away. If you decide to use underglaze, leave the piece with the studio for glazing and firing and collect it in a few days time.

Messy minis classes are held weekly, which offer brilliant messy activities for pre school kids, which involve playing with slime, paint, gloop and other fun stuff! After the individual or group creations have been made, there is a chance for soft play too, making it a great way to spend a few hours.

Birthday parties are also offered and provide each child with a choice of different pieces to paint, soft play, and then food!
