We went with the grandkids. They loved it. Was told as soon as we got there they could play all day. Staff couldn’t be more friendly. Young chap in cafe Dean made sure we were looked after. Moved tables round so we could sit with kids while they ate. Went on a groupon voucher so hours of fun for us all. We will be back.

My child attended a party here Feb 2018. She has a nut allergy, The staff did not know if the pizzas or chicken nuggets had nuts in it. She was only given chips and beans to eat whilst all her friends who sat around her on the table enjoyed the party food. After the party I was then told that it was a "massive portion" of chips and beans by the birthday girl's parent...As if the large portion would make up for the fact that my child was treated as an inconvenience. Even if you serve the chips and beans on a diamond-studded plate. It is still just chips and beans! Absolutely disgusted. Share
