There's lots to keep active kids busy at Becky Falls Ancient Woodland Park, from boulder scrambling and exploring the river walks, to hunting for the stamps on the children's stamp trail (where every child wins a prize).
For kids who love animals, there are shows galore each weekend and during school holidays, as well as animal feeding sessions. Don't miss the totally hands-on Cute and Cuddly Animal Encounter show, featuring a whole host of furry mammals, and check out the fun-filled and educational “Animal Encounters of the Scary Kind” show where you can meet (and touch!) boa constrictors and lizards.
There's also an “Ugly Bug” encounter featuring some of the largest insects you're ever like to meet and the Indoor Theatre is the place to go to try out free creative activities.
And remember, once you've paid your entrance fee, all of the shows and activities are included, so there's nothing else to pay. Becky Falls: for a perfect Dartmoor day!
