Craving a good challenge? Keep yourself healthy and active at Ape Index gym in Leicester. Bear in mind, this is no ordinary gym! At Ape Index you’ll find a huge variety of indoor rock climbing and ninja warrior obstacle courses, which will push you to your limits in a fun and exciting way.
Movement training helps develop your whole body and build functional power. It gives you an opportunity to become stronger and more agile. You’ll get to learn to balance and extend your stamina. By the end, you and the kids will feel fitter and more confident.
Got kids under 6? The little ones may be too small to take on the grown-up challenges but Ape Index offers special Kids' Play instead. Your cheeky monkeys will have 35 square metres of colour and shapes, to climb, swing around and explore. There’s even a mini warped wall!
