Aerial Extreme's High Ropes Adventure Course is a fun day out involving a series of challenging obstacles set at varying heights above the ground. You'll find yourself tackling fun obstacles such as rope bridges, scramble nets, swinging logs and balance beams, plus many more!
Terrific treetop adventure in the city! The Trafford Centre in Manchester plays host to the newest urban high ropes adventure course and it's a fun-packed thriller! City-slickers can really unleash their wild side, up to 27 feet high in the air, swinging, climbing and jumping across loads of exciting obstacles. Ever tried speeding down a zip wire? Here's your chance, with 2 of these white-knucklers zipping you off the course.
Aerial Extreme is ideally suited for everyone. Whether it's for a fun family day out, a close friend's birthday or for a thrilling stag or hen party.
The course has a clip and go fail-safe system, which means you are always clipped in and safe. This means they can cater for children above 6.
They take safety very, very seriously indeed and they ensure everyone who visits them knows exactly what they are doing. No experience or skill is required, just a willingness to have fun. Once connected by the instructors to an overhead safety line, that's it! You remain connected throughout the aerial journey allowing you to concentrate on having fun.

The attraction will close due to thunder and lightening, heavy winds and ice.
There are no public toilets however The Trafford Centre has toilets and changing facilities, including disabled toilets. These are approximately five minutes away from the site.
Sensible clothing and good grip footwear.
The courses have a maximum weight allowance of 120kg (19 stone).
