The House on Crutches Museum A museum set in a remarkable building that holds an extensive collection that covers the many aspects of life and social history in Bishop’s Castle and the surrounding area. Free to vist. Restricted opening times as run by volunteers.
The Quarry Swimming and Fitness Centre One of the biggest in the county at 33 metres long and has 6 lanes, 3 diving boards, a 50 metre flume and spectator gallery. The outdoor padding pool is available from June until September and is free to use.
South Shropshire Leisure Centre This facility boasts a 25m main pool plus flume slide, 2 additional fun and baby pools, and a diving pool with spring and high boards! Plus swimming lessons and sporting activities too.
