York MotorSports Village is a race themed indoor Go karting centre and proud winners of The Visit York Tourism Awards: Visitor Attraction of the Year 2014 (under 50,000 visitors).
We have a wide selection of racing packages to suit all ages. Children from 4 years old can find their 'racing feet' in our fun, safe, and easy-to-drive electric F3 'Junior' karts. Older children from 8 years old can enjoy our F2 petrol karts and for adults and children over 13 years old the F1 'Pro' fleet is available.
We are long-time members of The National Karting Association (NKA) so you can rest assured that the quality of our equipment and safety of our customers is of paramount importance.
Spectators are always welcome and can enjoy views of the action from the comfort of Bar Enzo, our fully licensed coffee and wine bar. From here, spectators can also monitor race progression across our four screen Tag Heuer timing display, watch the GPXperience Formula 1 simulator from the driver's 'Point of View' or simply sit back with a cup of full flavoured, hot coffee or a glass of wine.

It may be worth checking out York MotorSports Village's website to see if there are any special events or seasonal fun things to do that may be going on during the day.
We do strongly suggest you contact York MotorSports Village before you set off on your family day out, just to make sure they are open and to confirm admission prices, as there is nothing worse than disappointed kids in the back of your car after a long journey.
