Flow House is a unique lifestyle venue, a destination for all budding surfers and board sport enthusiasts.

At the heart of every Flow House is the waves, whether you surf, skate, wakeboard or even snowboard, the FlowRider is a great place to express your own unique flavour of riding.
If you've never ridden before, no problem! Our Instructors and the soft Membrane Ride Surface make the FlowRider a great way to learn to ride in a safe and controlled environment.

We have an after school surf club for people 16 years and under, which runs from Monday – Friday at 5pm at a reduced price. So you can keep coming back and build your surfing skills.

We also run a Kids Surf Academy during each school holiday again for people 16 years and under. One hour session a day Monday to Thursday with the same instructor and group. This is to further develop your riding, while meeting new friends and having fun! Call for more details and bookings.

There is no age restriction for FlowRider, but there is a height restriction. Everyone has to be 107cm in order to Bodyboard and 132cm to Flowboard.

We have a Bar/Cafe serving a range of alcoholic, soft and a range of hot drinks. We also sell Paninis, sandwiches, both sweet and savoury Crepes and selection of cakes.

We will cater for special dietary requirements where possible.

We sell a range of surf/board sport labelled clothes.

We have disability accessible toilets and a baby change room.

Flow House is inside Xscape Yorkshire, which is just next to the motorway and very easy to get to by car. Simply leave the M62 at J32 and follow the brown tourism signs for Xscape/Outlet Village to the main car parks. From the M1 At J42 take the M62 Eastbound (signposted Hull and Pontefract). Simply leave the M62 at J32 and stay in the left hand lane and you will enter the approach to the main car park. Or follow brown tourism signs for Xscape/Outlet Village. From the A1M Take the M62 Westbound (signposted Manchester and Leeds) You can see the building from the M62 when travelling from this direction. Simply leave the M62 at J32 and follow brown tourism signs for Xscape/Outlet Village to the main Xscape car park.

Flow House provide full instruction on every session, safety briefing and wetsuit hire within the price of the session. So all you need to bring is a swimsuit and a towel! Booking is advisable. Our site has ramps to cafe/bar seating area and accessible toilets. There are a few steps to the FlowRiders themselves. Our accessibility statement is available to view on our website.
