Wicksteed Park

"what are we doing today?"

Did you know we are:
- The location of one of the first water based rides in the world? The Waterchute! - The home of the busiest narrow gauge railway in the UK? - The home of one of the only 2 double Pirate ships in the world! - The location of one of the largest, well maintained free playgrounds in the UK? - Owned by a Charity! Wicksteed Park is sited in 147 acres of landscaped English countryside and is the only leisure park in the UK which offers the elements of a country and theme park in one.

You can camp here too and we have a huge Sunday Car Boot Sale!

The Park has three distinct ride areas suitable for families, a railway and a family orientated Amusement Arcade.

The Fairground attracts our younger visitors including a traditional carousel, double pirate ship, jumping tower and unique 'Rockin tug'. The Arcade is in this area.
The Arena offers Rocky River Falls, racing cars, paratrooper and roller coasters.
The Lakeside offers a variety of water play including the only Nautic Jets in the UK, bumper boats, canoeing, rowing and the world famous water chute built in 1926. The Lakeside also offers our Aviary as an attraction.
