White Oak Leisure Centre offers a good range for an active kids' day out.
On the swimming side you have the diving area with 1m and 3m springboards and a 5m high board, a separate teaching pool and flumes - 3 rides! The gentle sloping Whale Whirler where you can enjoy the 122m lazy river ride; fly down the 94m twists and turns of the Dolphin Glide or if you're brave enough, the mighty Shark Shocker with it's white knuckle 56m plunge!
It also boasts a full Wellness Gym and Exercise studio, 6 court multi-purpose sports hall, 3 squash courts, Treasure Island soft play, café, the all important crèche, Martial Arts facility and general practice Hall as well as a health food cafe.
