"what are we doing today?"

Set in 350 acres of beautiful parklands surrounding a 35 acre lake, there are numerous activities to keep the kids happy:-

Adventure play area, toddler's area, sand pits, water play, slides, miniature railway, enchanted forest, nature trail maze, 9 holes of crazy golf, animal farm and petting barn (seasonal)plus an assortment of play equipment to climb in and on, will all ensure a fun filled day for all!

Within our woodlands, there are four nature trails to follow taking in sights of our vast array of wildlife in their natural habitat.

During the season, we have over '70 special in-house events' and fun days. All of these events are 'Free' to join in and included in your entrance price. A full 'Calendar of our Events'for the coming year can be seen on our website.

Even your pet dog is welcome, but we do ask that you keep them on a lead and under control at all times. We also ask that you ensure you clear up after them.

Please note for safety reasons, only children's bicycles with stabilisers are allowed.

Cafe 1812 Our cafe is open daily, offering a full range of main meals, snacks and refreshments to have in or take-away. Breakfast served from 9.30am - 11.30am. Lunch served from 12.00pm - 2.30pm. Should you have forgotten any essentials, our shop carries a basic range of groceries such as bread, eggs, bacon, sausages and milk. Our campsite shop carries items such as tea, coffee, sugar, sun cream and newspapers. Shop Our shop has a range of confectionery, ice cream and soft drinks.

Toilets Please note the only toilets in the Park are within the main Reception building. Disabled and baby changing facilities are available.

Baby changing facilities are availble in the Main Reception building. Facilities are available for heating of baby food and baby chairs are availble, dependent on availability.

"are we there yet?"

Wellington Country Park and Campsite is situated on the Hampshire / Berkshire border between Reading and Basingstoke, just off the A33. From M4 take junction 11 and follow A33 south towards Basingstoke (signposted) From M3 take junction 5 and follow B3349 north towards Reading (After passing the Wellington monument approx 6 miles on your left, take the next right at the following roundabout) The main entrance to the Park and Campsite is off the roundabout. Please note: When entering the post code into your sat nav, it will take you to the central point of the post code. To stop this from happening, please enter either Odiham Road or B3349.

The Park is an outdoor attraction so please wear suitable footwear and protective clothing and/or sun cream, according to the weather forecast.

We are an all weather park, please wear suitable clothing.

Refunds will not be issued due to the weather conditions or for any facilities that may be closed off
  Opening Times: The Park is open daily from 19th February to 6th November 2011

Our opening times during 2011 are:-

19th February - 1st April (Low Season) 9:30am - 4.30pm

2nd April - 2nd October (High Season) 9.30am - 5:30pm except weekends, Bank Holidays and School Holidays open till 6:00pm)

3rd October - 6th November (Low Season) 9.30am - 4.30pm
Please note that the main vehicle entrance gate will be locked 30 minutes after closing. The closing times may change towards the end of the season, due to weather and light conditions. Please ask a member of staff for more information.
